The Summerset Orchards? Kare Bears will host the Health Fair in the Orchards Ballroom on March 15 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m.
The fair will focus on wellness and fitness routines for seniors, and will feature basic information and hands-on exercises, such as applying acupuncture, dermatology, CA Eye Clinic, Alzheimer?s and Dementia information, physical therapy, tai chi and yoga.
