September 03, 2011 | 12:11 BATUMI. ? Armenia is one of participants of ?Civil society and politics? conference held in Batumi, Georgia.
The event brought together thirty representatives of Christian-Democrats from eight countries.
Opening the event leader of Christian-Democratic Movement of Georgia Georgy Targamadze stressed that they intend to discuss many topical issues with their partners from Eastern and Western Europe.
The conference opened on Friday and will last till September 5. Representatives from Netherlands, Hungary, Lithuania, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan participate.
